Plans & Billing
ArtlessDev has two plans: Builder, free with defined limits, and Pro, paid per seat with no seat cap. Both include MCP server access and API keys.

What the plans cap

Granular Project roles are the difference most teams feel first: they are what makes it possible to add a stakeholder who can browse without ever editing, or a QA reviewer who can record a gap without touching content. See Roles & Permissions.
Numeric limits are monotonic across the two plans — Pro never caps lower than Builder on anything.
Usage and limit prompts
Section titled “Usage and limit prompts”The Billing page’s Usage card shows seats, Projects, and Scenarios created, with warnings as you approach a limit. When you reach one, an Upgrade prompt appears wherever it bites — Projects, Members, and the content views — linking to Billing.
Managing the subscription
Section titled “Managing the subscription”Open Billing from your account (avatar at the bottom of the sidebar), when you’re inside a Workspace. Workspace owners and admins can upgrade to Pro through Stripe checkout, open the Stripe portal to manage the payment method and invoices, and see renewal dates and subscription status. Other members see the plan but don’t manage it.
While billing is in beta, a Beta badge appears on the Billing page and every tier is free of charge.
