Workspaces & Projects

Above the Scenario level, ArtlessDev organizes work into Workspaces and Projects.

  • A Workspace is the top-level container for a team — members and seats are scoped to a Workspace.
  • A Project lives inside a Workspace and holds the actual Scenarios, organized under Features. A Feature groups related Scenarios; a Scenario belongs to exactly one Feature.

Members and roles

Workspace members are invited by email and assigned a role that determines whether they can edit Scenario content or only view it and change a Scenario’s status. Seat limits are enforced per Workspace. See Roles & Permissions for the full breakdown of Workspace vs. Project roles.

Finding your way around

Inside a Project, the Explore view is the main place to browse Features and their Scenarios, filter by lifecycle or verification status, and drill into a Scenario’s path and evidence.
